Event: Easter Bonanza

Inside-Out Easter Eggs
Oozing creativity in the lead up to Easter, I decided to make my chocolate gifts this year.
Inspired by the KoKo Black Almond & Orange, and Cranberry, Macadamia, & Cherry cocoa bars, I designed 'inside-out eggs'. To create the half-eggs, quality brand chocolate chips were melted in a glass bowl above boiling water, and then poured into various egg moulds (Lindt Chocolate Easter Egg plastic packaging). Each egg of liquid chocolate was then topped with delicious treats like caramel popcorn, turkish delight chunks, smarties, cashews, peanuts and choc swirl, 100's & 1000's, and mini marshmallows. After freezing until firm and then refridgerating over night, the eggs were packaged and then delivered to the lucky recipients.
